Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Scope and parties
These Terms govern the use of the Absio platform (the "Platform"), provided by GRUPPO G COMUNICAZIONE S.R.L., registered office at Via Buenos Aires 34, 10134 Turin (TO), Italy, VAT and Tax Code 10329430010 (EU VAT IT10329430010), REA TO-1124060, email and certified email (PEC) marinoacg@legalmail.it (the "Provider").
The Platform is a B2B Software as a Service for keyword research, editorial planning and the production of SEO content drafts. It is reserved for professionals, agencies and businesses acting in the course of their trade: it is not intended for consumers and consumer protection rules do not apply.
2. Definitions
Agency: the Provider's customer using the Platform to manage several end clients. Client: a user using the Platform for its own business or the profile assigned by the administrator. End client: the party for whom the Agency produces content. User: any natural person accessing the Platform with personal credentials.
3. Access and accounts
Accounts are created exclusively by the Provider; self-registration is not available. Credentials are personal and non-transferable. The User is responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity carried out with their account, and must promptly report any unauthorised use.
The Provider may suspend or deactivate an account in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment or risk to the security of the Platform.
4. Plans, limits and upgrade requests
Each account may be subject to limits set by the Provider: number of articles (trial, per month or per week), maximum number of client profiles, geographic locations available for searches and trial expiry date. Limits are shown in the Platform.
Upgrade requests sent from the Platform are not binding orders: an upgrade becomes effective only when the Provider applies it to the account. Fees, invoicing and term are set out in the commercial agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
5. Publication and responsibility for content
The Platform allows Users to generate content and, if enabled, to publish it automatically on WordPress websites and social networks through third-party integrations (e.g. Make). Responsibility for each published content is allocated as follows.
a) Clients managed directly by the Provider (GRUPPO G COMUNICAZIONE S.R.L.): before publication the Provider sends the content to the Client for approval (by email, WhatsApp or another agreed channel). By approving, the Client takes full responsibility for the content, even if publication is then carried out, including automatically, by the Provider through the Platform. Without approval the content is not published.
b) Agencies and Users managing several clients: the Agency is solely responsible for all content generated, approved and published for each of its End clients and must obtain the necessary approvals from them.
c) Self-managed Clients: a Client who creates, approves or publishes content independently is solely responsible for it.
In all cases whoever publishes must check that the content is accurate and lawful and complies with sector regulations (e.g. healthcare advertising, regulated professions, unfair commercial practices), third-party rights and the Content guidelines (section 9). The Provider is not liable for content published by Users nor for decisions of social networks or website operators regarding individual content or accounts.
5-bis. Content approval
Approval may be given by any means that keeps a record of it (email, WhatsApp message or the approval feature in the Platform, when available). The Provider keeps proof of approval for the duration of the relationship and for the following 12 months.
6. AI-generated content
The Platform uses third-party artificial intelligence models. Generated texts and suggestions may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information or similarities with existing content and must be reviewed by a person before publication.
Where required by applicable law (including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 – AI Act), the User undertakes to inform the public that the content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. The User must not enter special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) or unnecessary confidential information into the Platform.
7. SEO data and no guarantee of results
Search volumes, keyword difficulty, location data and SEO scores come from third-party providers or estimates and are indicative only. The Provider does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or financial results.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, software, Absio trademark, report layouts and documentation remain the exclusive property of the Provider. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the term of the agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, content generated and entered by the User belongs to the User or its End client. The User grants the Provider the right to process it solely to deliver the service.
9. Content guidelines and acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the Platform to create, schedule or publish content that: incites, glorifies or threatens violence, terrorism or self-harm; incites hatred or discrimination based on ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics; is defamatory, harassing, misleading or constitutes misleading advertising; is pornographic or sexually explicit or involves minors inappropriately; promotes illegal activities, weapons, drugs, unauthorised gambling or prohibited products; infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights or privacy of third parties (e.g. photos of people without consent); breaches the rules of the destination social networks or websites.
It is also forbidden to attempt unauthorised access, load testing or reverse engineering, circumvent plan limits, or assign or resell access without written authorisation.
In case of breach the Provider may, without notice, remove or block content, stop automatic publishing, suspend the account and, where required by law, report content to the competent authorities. The User shall indemnify the Provider against any third-party claim arising from content created, approved or published by the User.
10. Data protection
The processing of Users' data is described in the Privacy Policy. For End clients' data entered by the Agency, the Provider acts as data processor under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Service availability
The Provider strives to keep the Platform available and secure but does not guarantee it will be free from interruptions or errors, including those caused by maintenance or third-party services (AI, search data, hosting). Users are advised to keep copies of exported content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data or opportunity, nor for content published by the User. The Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event. Cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence are excluded.
13. Term, withdrawal and termination
These Terms remain valid for the term of the commercial agreement. Upon termination the account is deactivated; the User may request export of its content within 30 days, after which data are deleted unless retention is required by law.
14. Changes
The Provider may amend these Terms by giving at least 30 days' notice via the Platform or by email. Users will be asked to accept the new version at their next login.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Italian version prevails.
